Terms and Conditions

Satisfaction Guarantee

All our projects include a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the final delivery date. This guarantee covers:

  • Bug fixes at no additional cost
  • Minor design and content adjustments
  • Priority technical support

If you are not completely satisfied with the final result, we will work with you to make the necessary adjustments until the project meets your expectations, as long as those adjustments fall within the original scope of the project.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times for each type of project are:

  • Landing Page: 1–2 weeks from design approval
  • Informative Website: 2–4 weeks from design approval
  • Online Store: 4–8 weeks from design approval
  • Custom Project: A specific timeline will be set according to the requirements

These timeframes may vary depending on the complexity of the project, the speed of material delivery by the client, and the number of revisions requested.

Work Process

Our work process is divided into the following stages:

  1. Analysis and Planning

    Defining objectives, scope, target audience, and required features.

  2. Design

    Creating wireframe and visual mockups for approval.

  3. Development

    Coding and building the website according to the approved design.

  4. Testing

    Verifying functionality, compatibility, and performance.

  5. Launch

    Publishing the site and completing final configurations.

  6. Support

    Warranty and maintenance period according to the selected plan.

Each stage requires client approval before proceeding to the next.

Payments and Invoicing

Our payment policy is as follows:

  • Development projects: 50% upfront at the start of the project and 50% upon completion, before delivery of final files.
  • Maintenance plans: Monthly or annual prepayment, with a 20% discount on annual payments.

We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, and credit/debit cards. An invoice will be issued for all services rendered.

Prices do not include costs of third-party services such as hosting, domains, premium plugins, or software licenses that may be required for the project.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policy:

  • If the client cancels the project after paying the deposit but before development begins, 70% of the deposit will be refunded.
  • If the client cancels the project after development has started, the refund will depend on the progress made:
  • Less than 25% progress: 40% of the deposit will be refunded
  • Between 25% and 50% progress: 20% of the deposit will be refunded
  • More than 50% progress: no refund
  • Maintenance plans can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be made for the period already paid.

We reserve the right to cancel a project if the client fails to provide the necessary materials within 30 days of request or if there is a breach of the agreed terms.
